The case study earns its length by pairing concrete before/after numbers with a clear mechanism for each gain, so the reader can see exactly how consolidation, integration, and fraud detection worked together. The fraud detection angle is genuinely differentiated and avoids the generic ATS upgrade framing. The QBR metric (three-to-four weeks for five QBRs down to four days for ten) is a vivid, specific efficiency proof that sticks.
Anchor each product feature to a distinct, measurable outcome rather than grouping all results at the end. Confluent's story gives each solution its own before/after number, which makes the cumulative impact feel earned rather than inflated.
