The case study earns its headline by pairing a striking productivity number with four supporting metrics that show exactly how the efficiency was achieved: fewer screens, less interview time, faster fill rates, and a higher offer acceptance rate. The before-state is concrete, a team gutted from 12 to 4 with no reliable data, making the turnaround feel earned rather than incidental. The Clarity secondary tag is justified because data visibility was the enabling mechanism, not a side benefit.
Anchor the efficiency story on a single internal benchmark the customer set themselves (target fewer than 15 recruiter screens per hire), then show every downstream metric against that self-defined standard. It makes the vendor's role feel like an enabler of the customer's own thinking rather than a product pitch.
