The case study earns its Efficiency tag because the core before-state is wasted time and blocked workflows, and every result reported is a reduction in effort or dependency. The 93% automation figure for the migration is specific and attributable, which gives the story a concrete anchor. The New Capability angle is real but secondary: non-engineers publishing independently was genuinely impossible before, not just slower.
The two-phase proof of concept structure (qualitative first, then quantitative A/B testing against Core Web Vitals) is a credibility move worth copying. It shows the customer's rigor and addresses the most common objection (performance risk) before the reader can raise it.
