Why it works

The story leads with a net-new capability: Thoughtly's voice agents could not reliably book meetings in real time before the Scheduling API existed, and the browser-automation workaround was not a real substitute. The Resilience tag is a clear secondary because replacing the fragile workaround also removed a live risk of lost leads. The quote pairing is well chosen, with the Product Manager covering the technical shift and the CEO covering the competitive repositioning.

Steal this

The 'before workaround, after API' contrast is crisp and credible. Naming the workaround's failure mode (form validation errors, hours of engineering time) makes the stakes concrete without fabricating a headline metric.
