The before-state is described concisely and credibly with the phrase 'quite random' and a concrete list of scattered tools. The story is primarily a Clarity win because the core problem was not knowing which requests mattered or where feedback lived. The Efficiency angle is present but secondary.
Use a customer's own two-word summary of their before-state ('quite random') as the headline problem. It is more credible and memorable than any description the vendor could write.
