The interview format lets a single named PM speak concretely about before and after, grounding every claim in his daily workflow rather than marketing language. The story stacks multiple specific wins (tripled task completion rate, headcount plan adjustment, feature sunsetting) instead of relying on one number, which makes the efficiency gains feel credible and replicable. There is a mild coin-flip between Efficiency and Clarity because the before-state was partly about not being able to see usage at all, but the headline and dominant framing lead with saved time and effort.
Stack three or four small, named wins from one customer voice rather than one big headline stat. Each mini-example (drive-time algorithm, task completion tripling, feature sunsetting) serves a different reader sceptic and collectively makes the case stronger than a single metric.
