The case study earns credibility by naming the exact incumbent (Google Cloud Tasks), describing the specific failure mode (fifteen queues, max concurrency of one, free-tier users blocking paid customers), and then tracing the mechanism through which Inngest fixed it (per-space queues with true concurrency). The before/after on sync time is vivid and concrete even without a precise percentage figure. There is a mild coin-flip between Efficiency and New Capability because per-space isolated queuing was not possible before, but the framing leads with time reduction so Efficiency wins.
Name the incumbent and the specific technical ceiling it imposed before introducing your product. It makes the switch feel inevitable rather than promotional.
