The case study anchors every result in a concrete time-cost that a two-person firm can immediately feel: proposals priced at 1.5 weeks, conference research priced at two weeks. The framing device of translating admin into week-denominated prices makes the before-state visceral without requiring the reader to do any arithmetic. The secondary claim, that a two-person shop can compete on content volume with Accenture and Deloitte, is punchy and specific enough to be memorable without being fabricated.
Price every before-state task in time, not vague pain. Saying 'one proposal: 1.5 weeks' and 'conference research: 2 weeks' is far more damaging to the status quo than 'proposals took a long time.'
