The story is a close call between New Capability and Efficiency. The framing leads with what Kirsten could not do before: modify and extend Salesforce-to-Slack workflows without writing Apex code. That was genuinely impractical, not just slower, so New Capability wins. The concrete workflows listed (meeting notes, project accountability, account risk, pipeline hygiene) give the mechanism enough texture to be credible. The quotes carry real information about the before-state and the switch, which is rarer than it looks.
List the specific named workflows the customer runs, not just the category of benefit. It turns a vague 'improved visibility' claim into a concrete operating picture a reader can map onto their own team.
