The case study clearly names the before-state pain points in a bulleted list, which makes the problem concrete and relatable to similar buyers. The mechanism is explained at a practical level through stages, scorecards, and templates, giving readers a rough blueprint to replicate. There are no outcome numbers, which keeps this from being a strong story despite the solid structure.
Use a bulleted 'before' pain list followed by a parallel bulleted 'requirements' list before introducing the solution. This mirrors how buyers frame their own problems and makes the transition to the product feel earned.
