The case study earns attention by leading with the tension: the team expected pushback and got the opposite, which gives the results real credibility. Quoting candidates directly rather than only the buyer adds an unusual second layer of proof that most hiring-tech stories skip. The story walks a fine line between Efficiency (recruiter hours down) and Breakthrough (candidate satisfaction up), but the headline leads with the candidate rating surprise, so Efficiency is the primary tag because the recruiter time reduction is the operational core, with the high satisfaction score as the enabling proof point.
Use candidate voices as proof, not just the buyer's voice. Direct quotes from end-users of the product (candidates) validate the experience claim in a way no recruiter quote can.
