The case study earns its efficiency tag because the headline result is recruiter hours saved, but the mechanism story is genuinely about a new sequencing motion that did not exist before, making the secondary New Capability tag warranted. The process inversion, putting the voice interview before human review rather than after, is explained concretely enough that another recruiting team could replicate it. The candidate satisfaction stat and opt-out rate add credibility without overstating the outcome.
Lead with the process inversion as the structural idea: show exactly how swapping the order of two existing steps created the result, rather than crediting a new tool. This makes the mechanism feel immediately copyable.
