Why it works
The case study is clearest when it explains a concrete mechanism, the auto-pull function that retroactively removes emails whose linked URLs turn malicious after delivery, giving a reader a specific capability to evaluate. The before-state is credible: a named IT leader explains both a declining detection rate and a vendor that could not ship needed features on time. The story is thin on hard numbers, which limits its persuasive punch, but the functional detail compensates somewhat.
