The story earns New Capability cleanly: GreaterGood had no authentication or session management system at all, so the loyalty program was genuinely impossible before Stytch. The quote from the QA lead adds texture around the documentation-first buying decision, which is a real and specific signal rather than generic praise. The piece is light on hard numbers, which limits its power, but the logical chain from missing infrastructure to launched program is clear.
Anchor the before-state on a capability gap, not a pain point. GreaterGood could not build the product users were asking for because the underlying infrastructure did not exist. Framing the vendor as the prerequisite, not merely an improvement, makes the story structurally harder to dismiss.
