The case study earns its New Capability tag because Verivox could not offer self-service analytics to internal teams or interactive embedded data products to external partners before ThoughtSpot. The competitive switch from Domo is named explicitly and tied to a concrete differentiator, which sharpens the narrative. The story comes close to a coin-flip with Efficiency because much of the impact section is about time savings and consolidation, but the lead frames a net-new ability rather than a faster version of something they already did.
The phased rollout structure, external partners first, then internal teams, with a named change management program including Champions and an Analytics Day, gives the adoption numbers credibility and gives readers a replicable playbook.
