The trigger is concrete and credible: a doubling of headcount and a quadrupling of projects created a visible breaking point that forced action. The quotes are numerous and role-specific, which adds texture, but none of them carry a hard metric so the story stays qualitative throughout. This is a coin-flip between Efficiency and Clarity because the team gained both time savings and visibility they previously lacked, but the headline framing leads with consolidating communication rather than a number going up or down.
Attribute each quote to a named person with a specific job title. The case study uses five different named speakers, each describing a different feature from their own vantage point, which makes the benefits feel real and cross-functional without inventing a single stat.
